If I were you, I would train the Passing and make him an excellent PG In a inside offense and passer in princeton or play him at SF in Patient.

I would train his passing up and make him a PG, but if you really wanted to, one pop in ID wouldn't be the end of it for him, I don't think. Hopefully you could get to 14-15 passing...

Well regardless of where he plays, you should still get his Passing up to at least 12. I personally would make him a SG due to his lowerish rebounding, but lowerish passing as well. He could be a beast all round SG in my opinion though. Those shooting skills are insane and Legendary handling and driving suits anywhere well.

Thanks for answers I'll go for some passing and get it to 12 then, might just keep him as an all-around SG then. After PA is 12, best would be to go for more IS, OD or JS?

Maybe I am wrong, but this guy is already 27 years old. How fast do you think you can train up his passing and whatnot?

I actually sent a PM to NT manager, I doubt he would have a chance (after I wasted 1-2 seasons training one-on-one, where i neglected his more important skills, i kinda gave up on NT idea, i was too inexperienced), manager called him into NT at the start of season to check him out, but he was soon-after dropped without any PM sent to me, but who knows. Apparently our NT is very one-dimensional, so maybe this kind of player is missing and he could get a chance in the future if i train the right skills.

I'll wait for answer from NT manager and then decide what to do - most likely i'll get his passing up, though really want to get +1 point in OD and JS as well

But is getting any more points in IS worth it? I know noone mentioned it, but it's (only) 14 at, would getting it to 15 or 16 even be better than getting +1 into OD and JS?

And can he actually get any/all of this with 88% of his potential filled up?

Ty

Thank you for your answer

though, the NT requirements posted there are old, very old (posted in 2012, not updated ever since), at 1st i also looked at them and was surprised my player was that close to requirements, until i saw the date..
