From what I've learned is that it is nice to have IS on guards, but also depends on the offense you play trainee 1 is a PG IMO And Trainee 2 Is more of a SF and trainee 3 is A SG. Trainee 2 Will Def Need Some IS And Driving. But that is just my 2cents, there are way more exp managers here who could probably give you even more insight! Hope this helped!

I would get a bit.
Maybe 8.
But, I would make him a sf because that rakes in big bucks on the TL.
If he's a SG 8 is good.
every guard needs drive.
Maybe he needs 12-14.

I wouldn't say that a guard always has to have it, but it's never a bad thing when a guard has IS (especially since it is so cheap). After this week, I recommend training OD until they all hit strong. Next, I suggest training 1v1 until Vogt's DR is at least average, and PA until Aare's PA is at least average.

You must train them in all the skills useful for G, P and SF, their ID can't allow you to create good SF so you need to think about how to sell them in the most profitable way or at least to give you more benefits on the field. IS is something I love when I've to buy a player but I will never buy a player with IS 10 and ID 1. Good luck!
