yes it appears this is happening in other draft's worldwide.

if it is a bug, I think BB should leave it for this season, and fix for next season. thats my opinion.

Hi. Can you please specify the players or teams which saw this? I can't seem to find any players with what you describe and I can see that your team does not have "On Ball Defense" bought. Also, it might be possible that I don't understand what you're saying, sorry.

He is saying that rather than draftees capping at Strong, they are instead capping at Proficient. I see it in my draft as well. I did the Jump Shot/Rebounding scouting and one 19 yr old player has Proficient Rebounding and another 19 yr old player has Proficient Jump Shot.

I also see an 18 yr old with Strong Jump Shot and an 18 yr old with Strong Rebounding.

It looks like the cap is one higher than it is supposed to be. Most players will not be bothered by this since they are getting better players, but, as you posted on the front page "This means that their usual maximum skill level has been raised from “Respectable” to “Strong”!" So, the max skill is off by one.

Hi Marin, in Italy this team (36674) reported the same thing: draftees with 9 in some skills (OD)

Thanks for the quick reply. This is certainly a display/visual issue. The players don't have their stats too high, they are just displayed as such. We should fix this shortly.
