Personally if I was in your position I would sell the new 18 year old trainee. Now I understand that is difficult as he is shiny and new but the good far outweighs the bad. Not only will he net you a large return (skills depending) but you are likely better off continuing on with the two guys you have already invested in. The goal is to not only train good players but to try and promote. I would argue that promoting makes training better players easier as you have more money for trainers etc.
That 18 year old trainee will be worth more today than he will be in 5 seasons with great training. Slow training or an injury could make your trainee just another player with very low value.
The market for the next week is usually mental, take advantage of it while you can.

I'd keep the newly drafted 18 year old. Training is fun and he is the most fun, having the highest potential. Canada needs him trained and you are clearly dedicated to training. I agree with Beanz that he is probably overvalued on the market and could net you a bunch of cash if you wanted to sell him, though.
I think OD is pretty overrated. If I were you, I'd try to keep all 3 guys (or sell only the allstar potential) and just vary your training more. Train OD but also train PAS and even IS. All those skills are useful and best trained early IMO.

I would sell the new one (well, because I wqant to buy him :D ).
To be serious though, as long as you are dedicated to training instead of resuklts, keep him, get great training and enjoy watching him develop!

Ya that kinda what i was thinking, to keep the new trainee and the per-All star, and sell the allstar. I will probably continue to train OD the majority of the season so the Per-allstar might be some crazy OD giant by the end of the season. The MVP trainee has pretty well rounded stats but he is kinda lacking in Js and OD. Probably gonna train him as a pg.
