Replace them with Pakistan for now. Keep them as a country but just don't allow them to have a NT since there are no managers.

I really don't think selection based on race or name origin is going to happen. I mean it's such an active community, there is no way such things happen.

I'd definitely like to see one in some form, it's one of the fun things about developing home grown players to see if you can get a player to the U21's or NT. Developing a draft pick doesn't have the same appeal imo.
