6. Team Turn Up

Interesting team. They seem bi polar but every team in Big 8 except Peppers and Condor seem that way. Anyone can beat anyone on a given night. Back on track, he has 2 scary looking guys, a SG, Yang Hontai, and a C, Pasquale Sugarotti. These guys are good... but old. Probably dropping in skill right now. That's the drawback with old guys. He'll probably have to sell them next season. Yang is a key player, averaging about 31 PPG though. Shut down that guy, you shut down this team. But that's easier said than done with a 51k player. Needs some more support for this guy to compete for big 8, or Green Peppers are going to the final again.

7. Washington Generals

Sold his star player last season, didnt replace him. No real standout players, this team wins and loses randomly. I have no idea how to describe them. Good luck to their GM. Will probably grab a playoff spot, COULD upset the top 2 in playoffs on a good night.

8. WC Strike Club
Dramatically went from 4th to 6th after the last game of the last season, but survived the relegation series. Bounced back this season, currently in 4th in big 8. VERY dependent on 1 player again... Lee Yang Zong. Another one of those weird teams that play one zone defense all the time... which can be abused if played smartly. No comments otherwise, good shooting team, cant really defend. The lack of support on offense hampers the progress of this team as a contender, and of course... James harden type defense.

9. Mercy Buckets

Hurray for big 8. A promoted team. ehh... a couple decent guards. The GM looks like he knows what he's doing though, so I wouldnt be surprised if he can sneak in 4th place. Just needs to improve slowly, shouldnt try to contend now, and can't.

10. AnarchyFox

WHO NEEDS A SPACEBAR ANARCHY FOX? hehe. Recently acquired a couple 19k and 16k guys who look like they could cause trouble. Unlucky to be in a strong conference, can't see him breaking the top 4, should be guaranteed 5th. Similar situation as mercy buckets. Guy also looks like he knows what he's doing.

11. NF Hoopsters

Nothing special, should be 5th or 4th based on roster talent alone. But barely active. Kind of tired now, dont know what to say. It was easier for the top 5 lol.

12. New World Dsorder

I wanna see my new guy vs Ivan. Anyway, Ivan should've been MVP last season, and should be MVP this season. He carries this team. Great player. Will Renard was missed last season with injury, and got out this season again for 3 weeks early on. Derrick Rsse? Well he is amazing when not injured. If Will and Ivan are healthy, he could grab 4th, and upset the top 2 in playoffs. Hinojosa aint bad either. Nice backcourt, weak in the paint. Reallly can't defend. That's a problem throughout the league.

13. UNi Gang

Did you guys know we have 2 FULL time U-21 players in the league? My Stefan Roata (romanian) and this guy's Omiros Skaramagkas (Greek). Both are bigmen. Obviously my Roata is better :D Omiros is his 25k PF. Seems like a great player. Another decent PF on the team too, no one else stands out. Needs a piece in the backcourt to support, unlucky to be in our conference, should finish 6th. Could actually lose in relegation series. Needs another pilayer to help out. And just improve slowly like the other promoted teams. Good value in the u-21 player who he'll have for at least 10 seasons or can sell for a lot. Some teams can take a page from his book ;)

14. Machete Kills

Cool team name. Needs a lot of work. Or just 1 really good player who can carry. Or else this team is going down.

15. Clairemont Condors

Common bro, get active, and dont get relegated please. I think you also need a guy to carry. Lucklily you still have a chance. Just 1 win from the relegation playoffs spot, and 2 wins from 5th and safety. You played this before, you should know what to do.

16. Volenteers
Worst roster, worst record... has no chance of staying up unless they make a few changes. yeah.

BarcaSwag you are the real MVP for bringing the analysis. I didn't promote as much as the bot team I inherited got relegated from IV.9 and I ended up here. I certainly benefited from the high draft pick, and I had just enough time left in the season to buy some scouting points. I won't be in contention until the rooks get their OD up. I bought some clunkers to get buckets in the meantime.

Haha I appreciate the well wishes. I went in salary slash mode last season because I was not active enough and my finances slipped. Hopefully we can bring in a big name soon for the stretch run and do more of the winning randomly than the losing.

Only 4th smh

Well, I FINALLY was able to buy a decent player on the market and he should be a player who can help get me a couple of wins to climb out of the cellar. I'm just doing stamina and FT training while I keep pulling bots in my tournament draw, but will soon be eliminated and focusing on building a future star. My new player immediately becomes my star and hopefully his unique skillset (at a really cheap price, like shockingly so), will propel my team upward in the standings.

Spot on! Looking for a big man currently but struggling to find "the guy" that will fit my system. Big 8 needs some help....you are very correct in putting big 8 teams further down the rankings then great 8 teams. It is much tougher playing the great 8 teams than big 8. Keep the analysis up Barca!!! Keeps the league interesting when you can say the number 2 team is playing the number 3.

Speaking of which, looking forward to taking on team #2 on the road tomorrow!

Bocande's been struggling recently, I don't think I'd have them 2nd right now. I'll update power rankings after inter-conference play ends.
