How deep is your rotation? Are you still in the cup?

As i mentioned i have just 2 games this week. No Cup game for me. I got 12 players but 7-9 of them are key for my success. I also would likt to train up to 3 people full 48 min for dualpos training.

Edit: I am aware, that this is not a reachable goal but i want to come ase close as possible.

I think you can definitely get 3 players 48+ in two games with a walkover. If you start one player at Starter/Backup/Reserve he won't get a full 48+ so play him as a backup for the other position.

Game 1
A/A/A
B/A/B

Game 2
C/C/C
B/?/?

It's reachable but you need to be able to predict minutes accurately.

You need to train 1 player in the first (walk out) game and 2 in the scrimmage. You would need a scrimmage against an extremely weak team.

So what you can get is as follows:
Game1
p1=48 (1st trainee, you need him as starter at one position of training, backup at both positions of training and reserve at one)
p2=36 (starter)
p3=36 (starter)
p4=36 (starter)
p5=36 (starter)
p6=2 (second trainee, select him at a training reserve slot)
p7=2 (third trainee, reserve slot)
p8=14 (backup and 2 reserve slots)
p9=20 (remaining 2 backup slots)

Game2
p6=48
p7=48
p9/p2 (28/20)
p8/p3 (28/20)
p5/p4 (28/20)

End result
p1=48 (48+ training)
p2=56 (36 training)
p3=56
p4=56
p5=64
p6=50 (48+ training)
p7=50 (48+ training)
p8=42
p9=48

You need to make sure you have garbage time and play strictly follow depth chart, so that splits starter/backup are around 28-20, 30-18. You will lose 10 minutes (overall) from the first game because the p1 trainee plays as starter and backup (2 positions) in order to get the full 48 minutes. When you do that the backup minutes are halved to 5 instead of 10 (that's also why you need to put him as backup in both training positions).

You can play around with the reserves minutes in order to make sure you get where you want to.

Keep in mind that in a walk out the starters always get 36, the backups either 10 or 5 and the reserves 2. The backups get 5 minutes if they are also selected as a starter and get 10 minutes if they are selected as backup (or backup+reserve) only.

The second game might be fine even without garbage time assuming p2, p3 and p4 are better or much better than whoever you select as starter for the game.
