Now these rosters could be used in Div V to possibly eliminate computer controlled teams and have teams start in Div 4. It could also be a new rookie league division. Also, it would be great for new players if they had the benefit to put a bid to promote that team to Div 4 or whatever the second lowest division is when they are comfortable with BB.
