All star weekend and off season do free throws and stamina

Go 1vs 1 Forwards 1 entire season (forwards)
Go 1vs1 guards 1 entire season (guards)
Go pressure 1 entire season (one position)
Go jump range / passing 1 entire season (one position)

Now jump to Inside Defense 1 entire season (one position)

After that, you can put your players to anything you want

if you want inside skills go inside shoting rebounding and blocks

if you want more outside players go for more jump shot / jump range

if you want something diferent go for blocks and more defenses and make them defensive machines
