I'd not touch his IS specifically.

At 6'5 I'd definitely be going OD then some combination of passing / JR and 1on1 forwards. And I hate those stamina / free throw numbers but I'm not sure when I'd fix them somewhat.

Definitely looks like a SF to me. And I'll second the comment about FT/stamina, they shouldn't be that low at 24, all star week and playoffs are perfect for boosting those stats since you can't really manage minutes the same as a normal week.
