Whoever had the player, and taught him nothing, is the one to blame, not the game. That person should have been much more like real life.

If a player played for 15 seasons 10-48 minutes each game, he gained experience.. Which is one of the skills in BB.. So, he became better after all those seasons than he was 18-19..

If you have a solution for this problem you can always post it in the suggestions forum.. And maybe after one of the seasons we will have improved training system..

You and your post makes me angry. If you have nothing to say just say nothing.

I had something to say and I said it. This isn't real life. If you want to teach a player do it. Don't post on the forum when his career is wasted and say its the game's fault.
