I guess that regulation was introduced before the inflation era to prevent lower division teams to farm NT players (I remember it was possible to buy some monster monoskills without high financial reserves). Now higher prices of players made it unnecessary... I don't know what we should do with that.

That is a shame that random Utopia team can be higher in a rank that my team playing in D1. Given this ranking limitation I cannot compete with best teams, even though I am financially healthy. I am unable to acquire players with salary over 83k. I may have positive record for the 3rd straight season, but have not seen any improvement in my ranking...

Slightly better players will not make a big difference as I win all my games against bot teams and lost against human managed teams. I need a big baller to be competitive in my division. Those guys are earning over 100k in D1, which I am unable to purchase.

Do you know any other league when you cannot even step in for a title bout just because you have beaten only bots?

I am saying that playing in top tier division, having positive record and being ranked 3 among other division teams does not entitle me to purchase players to compete for championship. Even winning with human teams did not improve my world ranking. I am disadvantaged as I cannot acquire players above decent salary, even though I am financially strong.
