I have a similar problem on one of my trainees (38633757)
I have been playing him between 54-73 minutes since the start of the season.
He has had 7 in gameshape at least the last four weeks (might have had it since the gameshape reset).
I'm not sure if it is a bug or just really bad luck. His gameshape was behaving normally last season with similar minutes.

Game shape depends marginally on stamina too, so high stamina players can actually have high minutes and keep a high game shape continually. Massage specialty also helps. Actually, I can't say what is the ideal minute distribution would be (as I would be revealing too much) but 75 isn't it.

His game shape was awful 2 weeks ago. After playing for 43 minutes, game shape became mediocre. he played 48 minutes, but his game shape remains mediocre...

He has respectable stamina, to be honest it's reasonable for him to have "average" game shape.

It's also reasonable to have less GS than you got for him. 43 minutes and a +2 GS jump was very lucky.

ST 7 to me means you can get away with more minutes (75-85) and still be OK for him. But not less than 48.

My player Hrab (39844479) played last week 1 full game (48 minutes) and dropped in GS from 7 to 6.
Why? Is not there some mistake?

48 minutes are needed to get full training. Optimal minutes to keep/raise his game shape are 50-70.

I know, but after playing 48 minutes GS never drops under 7.....
