The economy page is a summary of what normal economy is. Not paying the salary floor isn't normal and a particularity for new teams. He will not pay the salary floor on monday, but he can see what would happen if he were to pay it which will happen in a few weeks.

yeah i understood that (and explained that to him), it just maybe a bit to confusing for new teams, i just wanted to inform that new users are confused with that, maybe that something that needs a different approach (visually)

This is from his economy page:
"Player Salaries Floor: $ XXXX
The salary floor does not apply to new teams for their first 24 weeks. Your grace period ends on 7/14/2017."

I don't know how we can make this any clearer without hiding it altogether (we keep it there intentionally so that the managers can prepare for the day it is applied).

I would just put in brackets something like -(you dont pay it till 7/14/2017, you pay the actual total amount of your player salaries), maybe that would be clearer, i just wanted to pint out that it can make some new managers confused
