That is a great idea +1

I would love to have an different option to train my 3 players, one player get PA, the other IS and the third OD for an example.
That would be a huge step forward on BB.

This is where we hold them!

Why not train all players then?

Lets say each them has 300% of training per month.

Now you can choose to give full training to 3 players (3*100%). Or you can choose to give 50% training to 6 players, or... Give 10% training to all 30 players.

I'ts not bad, you could train the same amount of players as now, same training system, just you could set 3 different training plans for your players.

I choose 3 players to train, one play 48+ on C and I set him to train ID.

The other played 48+ min on PG and I set him to train OD.

The third one played 48+ on PF and I set him to train RB.

Wouldn't that be amazing? Why should we always train the same skill for all 3 players.

Example:
I have one player in the team who has enough passing, the other 2 need at least 4 skills on it.
Now I am forced to train him too, or not to train him at all while training passing for the other 2 players, because I can train just 1 skill at the time, that's not good

This is where we hold them!

Why not make it really simple. Every player that gets 48 or more minutes of playing time per week can be trained in any skill the manager chooses. There is no reason why only 3 or 6 players should receive training each week. That doesn't happen on an actual team and it shouldn't happen here.

I get what you're saying but, honestly, the transfer list is so bad that small steps on improving training won't be enough. They need to make big step forward to see a marked improvement.

That is not what I said and you very well know it.

Allowing any player who gets at least 48 minutes of playing time each week to get trained in any skill a manager wants would only lead to:

1) more players reaching their skill caps
2) players being trained in a variety of different builds
3) deeper rosters and, ultimately, a deeper transfer list
4) allow new owners to be more competitive quicker, which would help keep them active instead of quitting after a couple weeks.

No one is suggesting the over the top example you used in your reply.
