1. You may want to alternate ID and IS first: depending on how SB and JS look like they will have different speed. Do not train RB first, it makes no sense. IS first to near 14 then ID to 14 should keep SB lowest as IS trains ID as secondary without touching SB and keeping SB low will be beneficial salary-wise.
2. Depends on age and potential. I would definitely train 1v1 provided that A) the player won't cap due to secondaries before you reach 14/14/14 and B) you have enough future training time to get inside skills to 14/14/14
3. Usually there is no wrong way to go about it for inside skills but if you punt SB, then training RB first makes no sense. RB trains both IS and ID as secondaries, BUT it only affects the speed of SB. So while you will get a little training in IS and ID you will not affect their speed for when you switch to them.
- IS trains JS and ID; is affected by JS and ID (elastic effect received); affects ID and RB (elastic effect provided)
- ID trains IS and SB; is affected by IS and SB; affects IS/RB/SB/OD
- RB trains IS and ID; is affected by IS and ID; affects SB
Normally you would do 1v1> IS/ID > RB as a rule of thumb. However it's likely you may want to start RB well before you reach 14 in either IS or ID. At some point the benefits of the elastic effect provided by IS and ID on RB will outweigh setting up more elastic effect by increasing IS and ID further. At some level of IS/ID/RB you should be indifferent training any of them and you'd be better off rotating between them. However because RB is a 2 position training you can leave it last and train more players when you do or use it in the weeks where you failed to get 48+ at C on all trainees.
