I don't see it unjustifiable. Maybe a player had minor injury and left the arena, took some bad sandwich and got a virus...

Shit happens... Even in real life, you never know 100% that you won't get poisoned from food. Bad luck I guess. :-D

What is happening is quite simply players are getting stabbed in the gut and since medical facilities are so unsanitary players are developing infections. Hence the term virus. Who knew BB was such a hazardous profession.

Literally! Stomach virus maybe, but more like intestinal troubles. 2 weeks at least!

Well, we all agree that stomach virus isn't a proper injury. My guess is that it made the game only due to lack of other ideas. So what's about changing it's name to "muscle strain", for example? After quick check, it looks like we don't have such a name in game data, and it's a plausible basketball injury. At least more plausible than stomach virus

Other name proposals are also welcome.
