I don't think anyone can answer that question. HAHA tried to link the box scores to the skills, but we would need a much bigger data sample.

The only things I look for when scouting are: potential, current ability level (A+, A etc that is directly linked to the salary of the player), position (value tall PG/SG, short PF/C, PG/PF are probably the best all rounders). Of course this will not tell you anything about ST, you just hope for the best.

If you get a great player with 1 or 2 stamina (say around 60 TSP and HoF potential) you may be better off selling him, because he will be very hard to train and will generally underperform due to ST issues. Alternatively, my suggestion would be to train normally with the youth coach the first couple of seasons and then train ST every time there is a 2 game week after he turns 20.
