And what's the point of this instead of doing it tomorrow?
Just in case, you didn't notice, but there are still some games to be played today. Why should we have the draft before the finals are done? Correct me, if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure, the NBA draft is also held a couple of days after Larry O'Brien was handed over. I don't think they will ever change it just bc of some impatient managers.
So, why should we or are you just a troll?

If we only had a computing power to finish whole off-season in few hours, we would happily do the draft as fast, as it possible. However, the are things which need higher priority (final games + NT finals).

Also, if you feel bored by the off-season, remember - there's always something happening on TL!
