Other than that, if you can imagine, how much trainings it takes to get a skill to pop, and it only pops in about twice the ammount - player is capped. Also, DMI gives an idea, how player is progressing.
From what I see salary wise - Altenburg should be capped, Ford may not be, but he is somewhat close.
