Can anyone show us the part of the Rules of Conduct that states that "The manager of a national team is not allowed to check players while the off-season process is running."?

Because that's the reason our U21 NT coach was given by Marin after he complained about the the first and "LAST WARNING" he got.

Enth reset is in 2 days for the WC Second Chance Qualifiers so when can our U21 NT coach do his job if not during the off-season?

Update: Our U21NT coach has been told to wait until the information about the off-season process is gone from the first page before he can do any scouting. There is 13 hours until the enthusiasm reset and no signs that this mess will be over soon so does anyone have any ideas what we can do? Just trust that every trainer will answer with their players skills before Monday's opening match?
