It might be that your 24-week salary floor exemption period has expired. I checked that you started your team at around 8/25 last year, so it makes sense.
There are a salary floor and a salary cap in this game. If your team salary lower than the salary floor, you still have to pay the amount of the salary floor. That might be the reason that your player salaries have been doubled up, since they have to match the salary floor now. New teams within 24 weeks do not need to pay for that, but it seems that your team reached the end of the grace period.
If your player salary is too high (here the salary floor applies, not the actual salary), so that your net profit is roughly negative, then you might need to pay the over-extension tax.
In general, the salary cap should be marginally higher than the salary floor, but in your case, it seemed that the two bounds overlapped. Maybe you need to look into your ticket price and your staffs to find a better balance.
