I'm always in favour of getting more young players for micro-nations. But haven't the BBs done just that, increasing the numbers who can be trained for micro nations by implementing dual citizenship in Utopia?

that's why i said "another attempt".

There are also countries like Malaysia, Montenegro, Belarus, Singapore etc. which have their own leagues and a lot of prospects go to waste because of bot teams. In Malaysia, you can't even demote to reach a different prospect pool than the first league.

yes, sure. But the only fair solution would be to give every nation (including the big ones) a pool of about 15 high potential (meaning MVP+) players. That would definitely increase competition since every nation would now have access to such players on a regular basis. And the it would be up to the communities to make the best of those trainees…
