You might try sending e-mail to Your Friendly Staff over under Community on the left column. I'd maybe try BB-Mark. I don't know if there are GM's assigned to particular countries.
Wales is a new country for this season which just began last week. Maybe someone got mixed up between GB and England (eg if you said you weren't from England, it might have been translated to "Wales")
