I’m not totally against the idea - but I think the issue is you realistically need to group this into 3 buckets like the pace and offensive focus are right now to be consistent. The issue is there’s not a great way to do so. You’d probably bucket it by man, inside, outside and the man and inside defenses would only have 2 defenses (M2M and FCP for Man & 2-3 and Inside Box for Inside) whereas the outside would have 3 options that fall into it. It’s still an interesting idea but I’m not sure if the groups make a ton of sense with how the first two GDPs are set up.

I have a different opinion on this. Adding more predictable options would greatly increase the difficulty of judgment, thereby affecting the possibility of low-level teams winning over high-level teams through guessing.

Originally, two successful guesses would have achieved the goal, but now more guesses are needed.

How to balance the positive bonuses obtained and resist potential error risks is a problem that needs to be considered.


Of course, guessing all the answers correctly is quite exciting.
