You could try your nation's National forum
(https://buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?folder=...), usually there are a number of managers very willing to help a fellow manager out.
There's also the Mentorship thread
(319526.1) where a number of mentors are listed, some with specialty.
I'm one of those, so if you prefer or can't find another mentor I'll gladly help you out too, though sometimes I don't respond within a day.
