My team was behind by 1, opponent had the ball and there was more time on shot clock than until end of the game. 19 seconds just ran down to 0 and I lost without trying
That must be a bug

I don't think it's a bug. I've had many games over the years where the expected last-minute fouling doesn't occur. It's frustrating when you are the time trying to steal the win, and a relief when you are the team trying to hold on.

First time I see this in BB and I don't think it should be like that. I don't care about the result and I'm not frustrated or anything like that. I'm playing to train players. But I don't want to see it in games where the result is important. Hopefully someone of the staff gonna take a look.

True, but that sounds too realistic when the same time we need 1 second to take a 3 pointer, rebound it and make a layup on the other side of the court. If that no fouling happens in NT or B3 playoffs, that will be a huge mess and problem to explain it, so I think late fouling should be forced. In my case there was 19 seconds to come up with something.

This is weird for sure, I'd understand a situation where the opponent has >24s left and you want to "gamble" and not to faul, but with 19s left it makes no sense.
The only option I can imagine is that the ball movement of your opponent is so good that your players were not able to faul the man with the ball. I know that 19s is a long time, but that is the only sort of "justification" I could imagine.
