Get rid of the top guy asap (you'll probably have to fire him)
The other 2 guys, they are decent enough trainees depending on what position you're training but you could probably get a player for fairly cheap that is better as SF. Look for at least mediodce JS, average OD and IS and not let JR DR PS ID RB go below inept if you can help it.
I would consider playing the $3200 salery guy in SG, and the $4000 guy as possilby a trainee PF. But yeah, the last guy is the best SF there (especially if you look inside)

hm, I think he is sellable. I don't think the second is that much better after all... just 1 year younger
