I just posted on this in the US forum. Unless it's random, it appears to be at least 2 seasons of playing regularly in competitive matches based on players I have that haven't popped in 2 seasons.

I guess I just don't understand how this works, maybe each pop is a big difference so that's why it takes so long.

If it is like HT, it will have a random component. But it will also depend on the type of match (scrimmage, league, cup) and the number of minutes played.

One example I've posted is ~1500 minutes (50+ mins/week) over 2 seasons, mostly in league/cup/playoff = no pop

I think the BB's want us to figure this out more on our own. So if not BB's, it'd be nice to see some more feedback from users.

it is necessary to remeber that Experience was a skill added later on the game. So for sure it hasn't been 2 seasons. Maybe half a season.

But I'm also wondering abou that since I also didnt have any pops yet. And I wonder if in the NT player's XP will fly off the roof, like on HT.

I didn't know experience was only recently added.....
and as far as flying off the roof....let's hope not. A little more, but no need to get crazy.........
