It would make it interesting if some players had non-basketball related skills...its kind of like just giving him a cheaper salary though, isn't it?

I mean, the charisma would have impact on leadership, sales, ASW voting, enthusiasm and stuff. It won't make you win the game, but it would really bring the game to a new basis.
