Federico De Marzi's injury was minor, and he will be ready for your next game. You may not have noticed that Nicolas Adam was also injured with 23 seconds remaining in the 4th quarter. There is a bug in the matchviewer that occasionally causes it to fail to color an injured player red. Adam's injury is mentioned in the running commentary, though.
