I dont know the answer to your question, however I "WISH" there was an coaching option for "Maximize Training"
IN other words, for the scimmage game the coach would look to see who needs the most minutes to get maximum training. For example the coach could see that certain players had 15 minutes in the league games and with "Maximize Training" he would put these players in for 33 minutes +/- to as close as possible to the 48 minutes per week

This would make training too easy, and would not be implemented.

I am not looking for easy. Just some balance in the scrimmage games. It is frustrating to have some players get 2-10 mintues in a scrimmage.
I guess I could "suit up" fewer players and hope that the ones who need practice time get it. Right now I have not figured out, during scrimmages, how to get court time to the guys who need it in order to 'maximize' training.

reduced training from going over 80 minutes


Training will never be reduced once you exceed 48 minutes for the week.

Practice This Week will be affected by a high number of minutes, but 80 usually is safe.
