High potential players are able to reach more high skills then low potential players, not higher.

Potential, what it means?A player with a high potential will train faster or he will train until the high skills?

potential helps to train a player faster after he reached high skills ;)

High skills means a lot of skills, the cap works in addition with other skills like the salary for example, and a higher potential means he trains full speed till a higher cap.

I have question about it - this cap limites the highest skill or sum of all the skills? I mean that it lets to reach for example 'strong' in all skills, so if I reach 'strong' in JS and I'll continue training it will slow down, but if I change for something like HAN then it will train again normally till 'strong'... Or if I reached potential, no matter which skill I'll train, even something which is very low, it will slow down, cause the cap took sum of all skills and now has an influence on all trainings?

And what about this 'the cap works in addition with other skills like the salary'? I've seen once that there was something connected with salary (that if the player reached high in one skill, if we train the other skills the salary won't rise so much?), but I'm not sure what it was all about?

Thanks in advance for all help :)

It's a sum about all Skills, but i think it is an weighted sum so that not every skill count as much then the other.

For example driving and handling has less impact on salary, but Inside Shot let salary increase fast ... So is it an weighted system, which increase in higher skills(maybe in potential too?)
