level 9-10 staff equals the new lvl 5. The levels 6-7 are beyond the old levels..

Maybe there are 2 new levels of superiour staff (new lvl 11 to 14 so to say): all my new staff has half of the level my original staff had, rounded up...

The English rule page reports that the new level is equivalent to a double value in terms of the old levels. In other words, my current level 5 trainer is equivalent to the old level 10 one... at least I hope so...
