It would be nice to have the information without having to do the math oneself... but where do you put it? The real estate in the standings table looks maximized at the moment.

Here's an idea... put that information in the title attribute of the PF and PA table cells.

Or, instead of two columns side by side, put one column above the other.

To be fair, perhaps a very slight tweak in the W, L, PF, PA and % columns could allow it to fit in between the PA and %, since it's unlikely to go into 4 figures unless you have a monster team against a pleb league.

Well, with all matches played at the same time % is kinda obsolete thing.

I would rather see average difference than total though.

True, I hadn't thought of it like that.Why average and not total diff? With the games played at the same time, both are just as useful.
