I'm sure someone has to know what the best defense is against the run and gun. Anyone care to share?

Personnel is going to play a big part in what D you play. 1-3-1 is great for OD but you get killed on the boards. If you have a C who is a really, really strong R than it's not a bad option. 3-2 seems the most used D against RnG, and I also use it from time to time. I really believe m2m is the best if you have great OD guys. Your PF and C should have good OD too, because the ball moves around a lot on the perimeter in RnG and you'll see PF and Cs jack up more threes than in other O sets.

There I shared, now your turn...

When was the last time you farted in an elevator and somebody got on right afterward?

LAWL 2 MINUTES AGO! And that was a fAAAAAAAArt... 2 seconds long (: Poor neighbour... little offtopic btw (:

P.S. 1-3-1 is good if u have strong rebounders, but i use 3-2 even though i have excellent rebounders...

Elevator gas. One of lifes little pleasures.

On to the question - do you think full court press is good against R n G if your guards have good OD?

Yes,and it can be potent when you have bigs with good OD, a solid rotation and very strong team stamina.
