Hello Everyone,

I am looking to lead the U21 team for the next term.

Style of Play: I prefer the pound it inside approach with big men in the paint. However, I would have to review the talent that Canada has and this would obviously dictate how we play.

Goals: My goals are modest but realistic. I think we can get out of the first round. After that, we would have to reevaluate our club's chances depending upon who we are going to play.

Commitment: I have the time, energy and interest to see this through to the end.

That is about it. I am Canadian and would be honoured to run this team for our country. Good luck to everyone else who is running!

Hello!

I am hoping and praying to manage the U21 team for the next term.

Style of Play: As for me I lean more towards whatever wins games, with the U21 team there will be enough talent to go inside and out and everywhere in between.

Goals: My goals follow the same motto "Live like you'll die tomorrow and dream like you'll live forever." Meaning I'll try my hardest and put my blood sweat tears (figuratively speaking of course :D ) into every game.

Commitment: Plain and simple I love Buzzerbeater and I'd love nothing more than to represent my country on the national level.

My main promise is to listen to all advice, especially when we disagree because while I may manage the team it will be as much my team as yours. I want the opporunity to show the world what Canada's U21 can do.

Hello everybody.

I am going to run for re-election to the U21 manager position. I believe that I can bring all the qualities to the position that most seem to be looking for.

I have spent the past two seasons studying opponents and putting tactics into play that try to maximize the strengths of the U21 Canadian players and exploit the weaknesses of the opponents. I like to try to be somewhat unpredictable for opposing managers and not just play a Look Inside or Run and Gun offense all the time for example.

I believe the team has the potential to advance to the second round of qualification, but it will be difficult. The Americas have many very strong quality teams that we must face in qualification. I think that with my previous 2 seasons experience I could guide the team through this opening qualification round.

I have spent many hours studying opposition and scouting players over the past 2 seasons so I have a strong base to begin from when it comes to this team. I currently have information on approximately 75 players aged 19-21 that would be eligible for the U21 team. This number would grow with information on the newest draft class that I would obtain if re-elected.

I have tried to be in regular contact with managers of players that have been progressing towards the U21 team over the past 2 seasons and gladly always offered training advice to any owners out there that have had questions.

I like to think I have had a good working relationship with the current national team manager as we have regularly shared information and ideas in order to try to improve both the national team and U21 team.

I think that I have done a good job in the past and with a strong knowledge base and understanding of the U21 team program I believe that I can be the best person for the job. I am dedicated to this game and spent countless hours on it. (Just ask my wife or kids! :) I will continue to put in time and work towards imrpoving the U21 team and Canadian community and player pool as a whole if I am re-elected.

Hi guys Just wanted to let everyone know my thoughts.
I have no played several season moving up all the way to Div 1 till this year getting demoted. I've learned alot about the game , the engine and what it takes to be a winner.

Style of Play: I personally have played Run and Gun and tried to stick with it. Last year I realized with everyone playing defensive so bad it wasn't gonna work. At which point I switch. I will not make that mistake again. I will play whatever it takes to win. I like to heavily scout my oponents and try to play to their weakness

Goals: My goals are to make the playoff and go from there. I will try to spend alot of my time working with other managers to make sure the players are the best thru the season and make sure their getting the best training possible.

Commitment: I work a flexible job so I can spend alot of time doing this.
And with the downgrade this year. I will be able to put most of my effort into the team since I dont have alot of tough opponents this year.
