Hello Everyone,

I am looking to lead the U21 team for the next term.

Style of Play: I prefer the pound it inside approach with big men in the paint. However, I would have to review the talent that Canada has and this would obviously dictate how we play.

Goals: My goals are modest but realistic. I think we can get out of the first round. After that, we would have to reevaluate our club's chances depending upon who we are going to play.

Commitment: I have the time, energy and interest to see this through to the end.

That is about it. I am Canadian and would be honoured to run this team for our country. Good luck to everyone else who is running!

Well you seem like a guy who would put the effort in, however we're definitely low on good young centers. Maybe the look inside strategy wouldn't be best for our team. Honestly I think that our tactics should not only work to our strengths but also our opponents weaknesses. A look inside every game would do neither.

Hello!

I am hoping and praying to manage the U21 team for the next term.

"Witness Greatness"...

It looks like you've only been playing BB for a month. Do you think that amount of experience is sufficient for handling the U21 team? Or do you have more experience in BB than just running the t-dot blazers?

I haven't seen much of a debate here. Candidates, ask each other questions. Let's start a debate here people.

Like you say, I think Paulo did a great job. I was waiting to see if he was going to run to determine if I ran too. Now that he is running, he's got my vote and I won't run this time.

Best of luck to all the candidates

Thanks for the vote harfang.

I would like to ask the other candidates what they feel they can bring to the manager position that I can't or haven't? What weaknesses have I displayed in the previous 2 seasons that they feel they don't have or won't have?

The National Team's of Canada, whether it is in Buzzerbeater, or the other online games, will struggle because of our numbers. The more people we can get to play, the better we will do. This means more people drafting and training Canadian players therefore improving our talent pool.

Does Paulo deserve another chance to run the team? The voters will decide.

My response to this is that he didn't do bad enough not to warrant a second term. But the question is did he do enough to deserve a second term? That is what the voters will have to decide.

Good luck!
