We can't see their skills, how can we tell which one needs the upgrade?

It also depends on what kind of system you want to run, I look inside, so I am focusing training on my forwards and centers rather than my backcourt.

Singh looks pretty good to train as a guard. The other three I'm not sure.

Second Team:
Jokehim Maniacs II
Last two seems like the most logical players to train. Also the first player would make sense to train while the second is not that interesting. You can't really combine training these players in my opinion. And as Singh is likely to be best of these I think you should train them.
I would recommend to chose the last two and focus on e.g. outside shooting or jump shot.
Second player you should sell if anyone is interested. He has too poor skills to be interesting. First player could be worth training but then you should certainly not mix him up him which is why I also think that you should sell him and instead buy potential PG or SG at 18 years of age.

first one center training -> mainly IS, ID and Reb blocking ain't that imporpant
second one -> i think center training two, but he need a lot of rebound training first
third one -> he is an guard, so he need training in the sixth skills above, if you go for SG more training in OD; JS; JR and driving for PG he needs more of OD, PS and Driving
fourth one -> also an guard who needs to work on his weaknesses especially range and passing first.
