the first training in freethrow makes a bit different, with very low 1 in free throw he will miss nearly every free throw(i got one who throw 0 from 67 once).
With one extra training even without pop, this player will hit ~ 20% of his free throws, and with the second one he will betwenn betwenn 25-30% and get his up.
