But couldn't speed factor in how fast a team plays? I mean, speed could factor into the pace of the game, ie a faster team could play run and gun more easily than a slow team, but a slower team could play patient more easily than a fast team (so speed wouldn't be a one way deal where higher levels are better than lower levels automatically). Also, maybe a good idea would be the ability to change offenses/defenses in the middle of the game to adapt to the other team's strategy.
