I was saying the same words as you are a few seasons before, with an explanation from BBs and Juice that it is set up well - it means appropriate amount of exp points for all sorts of matches. I agree with you that experiences could raise faster, but the leaders are content with actual status. I can only tell you that there is no bug in this case, it´s only a matter of setting.

Hey watch your words and don´t be aggressive, you can get punished easily! I know jmbcrock well as he was training one of our national team players for a long time and I happened to be NT coach so I know what he achieved... and for a record, this mentioned czech player has exp level 3, even less that your one and he has almost the same career in b3, NT and league matches.

The main problem: The raising is very slow and so it could be unfair (I personally totally agree), but BBs seems to have good reason for that - I suggest for example that they endeavour to do the best not to give even greater advantage to teams which are already strong enough and let new teams to be more competitive. It could change in time, but I think that this is set up like now because of some balance and it is not so simple.

edit: Please read more than one year old thread about that (14914.1). This topic is not new at all...

I'm pretty sure (personal experience) that the amount of experience isn't affected by the amount of games played, but by the amount of minutes played.

I see Oberortner played a lot of games, but he only averages 28 minutes a game this season, 26 last season and 24 the season before. So that's not that much imo.

I assume all drafted players start with the same amount of experience, atrocious. I don't know if atrocious is 0.01-1.0, or 0.5-1.49 or 1.0-1.99 (I guess the 2nd one). But I've had 2 18yo draftees 2 seasons ago. I trained them, 1 player played considerably more minutes than the other one trough his career, because he played PF and the starter was worse than my C starter.

That talent averaged about 5 minutes per game more than my other talent, and he popped to awful, while the other is still at atrocious.

I firmly believe there's something to the minutes component.

A certain player has this:

Experience: prominent

He's also averaged no worse than 42 minutes a game in any season since Season 3, and while he doesn't have any B3 games in his current team (and never will on that crap team), he's been on the USA NT for a long time.

I didn´t say that it is correct and like in a real life - it´s not. As I said, I had been arguing against it long time ago without any effect so jmbcrock has my sympathy. I´m only trying to present another view of the problem, maybe it´s not only bad but can have another hidden benefits... just think about it more, thats all I´m saying.

That rising must be connected with that kind of game and that game time player is playing, not just the how many minutes he's playing in the game

I could have all lvl 1 in exp, the real point is how the exp gives bonus to your player imho
