Two of my friends and me had the same problem.
They wanted to play in the same league like me and there where still two bot teams available. As I can remember those two botteams where the the last two in this league stage- the rest were in the lower leagues.
What happened? They got those two last places so it seems that its like that BB 'fills' up the leagues which are not complete yet...
