even when it was 40k, you loose around 20k$ every week ob a cheaper trainer who cost maybe 150-250k(sorry don't check it for a while) which lead you to change him from time to time.

Maybe it is important before achieving a level 7 trainer who cost a lot, but even there i expect the BB trust that we find that out for ourself and you should expect that the maximum salary is very high because the BB try to force us to change the staff from time to time.
