You'll just need to wait until your doctor heals the players. The other option would be trying to find a similar player on the Transfer List to play in the meantime.
Edit: Just checked your team and noticed that you have 3 injured players for a total of 11 weeks. Yikes. They also look as though it would be rather expensive to buy temporary replacements. My advice is no good.
