I think Huddleston is the only player on your roster that you can train for another year because he is 21 years old already....You may want to get a younger player or two (18-19 year old) through the draft or the transfer list..Also, you may want to get rid of your older players and I would just keep one of the 6th man/bench warmer to play in spare minutes due to limited potential.. That's my thought and may be other fellow bb'ers have a different perspective..hope this helps.

It is already very close to the playoffs. My suggestion is to trim down on your expenses by firing your scrubs. You need only 12 players, so you can fire off 6 at least. Save as much money as you can for the new season and buy 18yo trainees in the new season. Trainees tend to be cheaper the first 2 weeks of the season.
Not much point buying now as the trainees will age another year in just 3 weeks time.

Frankly speaking, none of your players seem to be worth the time to train. Better to train some of your players who has higher salary and younger than 22 yo on whatever is their strongest skill. This way you can get a higher bid in the TL when you sell him off.

Hope this helps.

Uninteresting what the potential is when you are not training the player. The current capacity is all that matter for players you are not training. You can also train a player with rather low potential pretty well. I trained a 6th man potential for over two seasons without any visible delay in improved skills so a star potential must logically be possible to train for 3 or 4 seasons then.
