This has been heavily discussed by the BBs and GMs.

It has been decided that if someone is voted into the position of NT coach. Unless under very exceptional circumstances the coach will remain for their entire 2 season period.

Creator of (http://www.buzzerbeaterstats.com) and (http://www.buzzerbeaternews.com/) -- Ex GM of Australia -- Division 1 winner of Italy Season 1 then moved team to Australia after the country was created by the BBs. Australian team manager for 2 seasons. Won various tournaments and division 1 titles in the following seasons.

He was elected fairly, and the performance of a coach isn't guaranteed, of coure.

well I am afraid that you will have to bear him for one more season, and in the next elections make sure to have a good debate before the elections.

I guess the "exceptional circumstances" would however concern a NT manager who becomes inactive.

..but anyway i read on NT rules that if popularity beacome 0% "someone" will check the team coach asking him what are doing and afterthat BBcould fire him.

and what about mr.burns NT coach of Nigeria World ranking 1 and Nigerians give him 33% satisfaction!!!
