I'd say odds are good. The player's young, and four balls means that he's a good player already.

Hmmm interesting, so is it actually usefull to keep a draftee even if you dont train him? (if its good player?)

I'd say no... it's better to sell him, you might get good money for him if he's 18 years old and with good potential, and use the money to buy a good player you will use

thx, would this be the same if hes low potential, cuz I can imagine the market goes a-wire with this sudden huge number of player being sold...
