takes 3-4 weeks to get a pop. if your not getting pops.. they might pop all together.

I get you.. but not even one? I got a bunch of 18-22 players, a topnotch trainer and with the all star break coming, I'll have to train them on FT or Stamina now. I know it could happen but I just put it out there in case it's not an isolated incident and there is a bug somewhere or whatever. If its not, I'm just venting then. Im firing this trainer as soon as another good one comes along.. Thanks riceball.

I can go a few weeks without pops, but there's no bug or anything - training is occuring as scheduled.

Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

Nothing strange about it. The first time you train a skill players who are quite close to the new level will pop with one week of training. After that, 3-4 weeks is the norm.

Also many training schedules train the main skill and secondary ones. If a player is close on the secondary skill, he'll pop on that. Read the Training section for precise listing of what the secondaries are for each training schedule.

it's not common to have your players all on the same level of skill. (sub-level-wise) but it does happen. I also had a week or with no pops at all. The 3rd and 4th week though, i had about 80% of regulars pop in the main skill and 20%-ish of those players popped in one of the sub skills. An early merry chrismas.

I personally prefer them to pop all at once instead of individually. That way you can switch training without hesitation. I get this chain-reaction urge to keep training the players i want popped. Let's say i want player x to pop and player y to pop. Player x pops after 2 weeks and player y pops in 4 weeks. Now I'm not sure if i should switch training since player x might pop again in 1 week. And when he does pop, player y might pop too in 1 week.

With everyone pop at a given time, is the best way for me. That way i can switch training without looking at the other players who might pop.

Thank you everyone. I guess I got spoiled because I was having 3 pops a week before. Still can't optimize my players minutes coz i'm still in the cup. Again thanks everyone for the feedback.Ü

Shoot man Ive been training the same stat all season with a level 6 trainer and haven't gotten a single pop in what I was training, JUST this week I had a pop on a position I wasn't training and on a skill I wasnt training....dont complain about frustration. And yes, trainees get 48 mins a week at least.
