hello,

I create this topic because I think it's very difficult to obtain a positive economy by week.


my first observation: your arena politics are far from ideal. You'll gain more money with some changes on that page.

second observation:
Lol, a player with $ 168 535 wage just doesn't belong in div.III.
edit: He costs almost as much as the wage of my whole team (DI Belgium)...

Imo it's rather easy to obtain a positive economy by week. It's all about making choices.

my first observation :
the money lost in the staff
the staff salary increases each week and it's difficult to schedule for the year.
Why is the staff salary not constant during the year as players


the increase of salary is predictable, and i personally lik eit more like the staff with decreasing ability like in the old system, but they need a factor that we change our staff from time to time so they choose the salary.

Moreover that constrains us to change frequently our staff and that penalizes us too much because this money is lost by BB users.


in my eyes there is enoguh money in the game, and maybe they could draw abit more out of it. Their are other points where money was pumped into thesystem.

You can exactly calculate the amount of money paid to staff for a year, since the salary will increase with the same % every week.

hello,

thanks to answer of regular increase.

however my remarks concerned not my case but staff bb economy .

the fact that I think that we lose too much money in this systeme.
when you buy a player, about 95% of this money is for an other player.
when you buy a staff member, this money is totally lost. more over, you pay the indemnity (you have to dismiss him) and you pay the trade, it doesn't meaning

I propose :
-either we supress the trade market for staff, or we keep the trade market but, we negociate the salary of staff
-the staff salary is constant during the year

how about if we could set prices for merchandise such as team hats jerseys popcorn etc

I think setting the Arena Prices are enough flexibility. This is a basketball simulator not a economic simulator.
